ARIDLIFE has developed and trained its staff with proper management practices, systems policies, and policies that are strictly adhered to with the supervision of the board of directors, and these include:   Staff code of conduct, Local Security procedures; finance, procurement, HR management and effective internal control processes; policies; Genver, child protection, non-discrimination and including policies; and Robust CBRM, M&E and quality assurance formwork;

Management

ARIDLIFE has a board consisting of local professionals and community leaders whose primary responsibility is to provide transparent leadership and mutual accountability to partners, staff, and beneficiaries, supported by subject matter experts and consultants who have long working experience working on development and humanitarian programs in Kenya and Somalia. Our management structure is designed to encourage flexibility and autonomy on the part of the program team on the ground to create space of creativity and innovation and provides appropriate programming adapted to local conditions. 

Over the years, ARIDLIFE has developed efficient internal and oversight control policies and procedures to provide the best value for program beneficiaries and donors.
